What to expect
Phase 1
This package is by application. We start with a Client Application and a call to confirm the engagement fits both sides. Not every request is accepted — capacity is limited by design.
Phase 2 — Prepare
Everything in the Pre-Arrival Orientation package: sequencing roadmap, city guides, follow-up calls, and referrals — timed to your arrival.
Phase 3 — Arrive
In your first week on the ground, we walk through the neighborhood, essential systems, and the practical rhythms of daily life. You settle into a base, not just an address.
Phase 4 — Settle
Weekly check-ins and active coordination with your other professionals. We resolve the small frictions that build up in the first month before they become blockers.
Phase 5 — Stabilize
Ongoing advisory as the move becomes daily life. We close the engagement when you have a stable rhythm — not on a fixed calendar.
Full Advisory is capacity-limited so each client receives senior, personal attention across a long window. We accept a small number of engagements per quarter to protect the quality of the work.
Pricing is set after the alignment call so it reflects the actual scope — household, timeline, and coordination load. A written proposal is provided before any commitment.
No. We coordinate with licensed professionals in those areas and manage the sequence, but we do not offer legal, tax, or immigration advice ourselves.
Yes. Household decisions work best when the household is in the room. Calls are structured to include partners and, where appropriate, older children.
Extensions are possible on a case-by-case basis. Most clients don't need them — the intent is a real handoff into your own steady rhythm, not indefinite dependence.
